If you need those, run the macOS x86_64 version via Rosetta instead. “native Fiji”-but it won’t support things that use native libraries: the 3D Viewer, ClearVolume, TensorFlow, Blosc compression, etc. If you do this, you should get a working Fiji running with the Mac M1 version of Java-i.e. Launch Fiij with Fiji.app/Contents/MacOS/ImageJ-macosx -java-home /path/to/your-unpacked-Zulu-JDK.
Replace the existing launcher in Fiji.app/Contents/MacOS/ImageJ-macosx with that downloaded file, making sure the executable bit is set ( chmod +x ImageJ-macosx on the terminal).
